Welcome to my page! I’m Cynthia.

I am a resourceful and strategic information curator. Market intelligence and competitor dynamics are my specialty. I enjoy work where I get to apply my ability to source data, connect the dots, identify patterns, and make strategic recommendations.

I’m currently on the Healthcare & Life Sciences Product team at Salesforce, aligned to the Public Sector Health vertical where I own the go-to-market strategy for developing new products, supporting all stages of solution development from discovery and ideation to launch and adoption. Previously, I worked as a Technology Research Specialist contributing to the development of research assets that differentiate Accenture Research in the market.

Prior to joining Accenture, I worked for Software.org, an international foundation, publishing reports and studies, engaging with governments in a dialogue about innovation-enabling policies, and partnering with leading organizations to empower and expand the technological workforce of the future. Before Software.org, I was the Policy Analyst for the Association for Computing Machinery, leading all their policy initiatives, including on algorithmic transparency and accountability.

I have a master’s degree in International Science and Technology Policy from the George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida.
